Add your family & track heights

SupaPark can automatically filter out rides your kids aren’t tall enough for, saving you time and preventing disappointment at the park entrance. By setting up your family profile, you ensure all ride recommendations, wait forecasts, and itineraries are perfectly tailored to everyone in your group.

Note: Child height tracking, the ride-eligibility matrix, Rider Switch guidance, and stroller/quiet routes are exclusive features of the Gold plan.

How to add child height profiles

Follow these steps to add your family members and track their heights:

1. Open the Settings overlay in the SupaPark app.
2. Navigate to the Family Profile section.
3. Select the option to add a new family member.
4. Enter their name and their current height, then save your changes.
5. Repeat this process for each child in your travel party.

How height tracking improves your day

Once your family’s heights are saved, SupaPark immediately customizes your planning experience:

• Instant Ride Eligibility: When browsing attractions on the Rides tab or building your schedule in the Park-Day Builder, SupaPark will clearly highlight which rides your children are tall enough to experience and which ones to skip.
• Smarter Proactive Recommendations: Your Gold plan includes proactive AI guidance. Merlin will automatically check your family profile before suggesting a ride, ensuring it never recommends a thrill ride your youngest can’t board.
• Family-Friendly Routing: Your profile powers other family features, like highlighting the best Rider Switch opportunities and mapping out stroller-friendly routes or quiet zones when the parks get overwhelming.

Updating heights before your trip

Kids grow fast, and a few inches can unlock a whole new set of rides! You can update a child’s height at any time before or during your vacation. Just return to the Settings overlay, edit their profile with the new measurement, and SupaPark will instantly update your ride eligibility across the platform.
