Add Your Family & Track Each Child's Height
On the Family plan, create a profile for each child with their height so SupaPark only suggests rides they can actually do.
Quick answer
Create one profile per child and enter their current height. From then on, SupaPark uses each child’s height to filter ride suggestions, so you only see attractions they’re tall enough to ride. This lives on the Family plan ($30/mo).
What you need
- A Family plan subscription. Child height profiles, the ride-eligibility matrix, and Rider Switch are Family-only features. You can check or upgrade under Account → Billing (/app/billing).
Add a child profile
- Open Family (/app/families).
- Tap Add family member.
- Enter the child’s name (or a nickname) and their current height.
- Save. Repeat for each child in your party.
To edit one child’s details later — for example, after a growth spurt — open their Family Profile (/app/family-profile) and update the height there.
Why height matters
Many Walt Disney World rides have a minimum height (for example, 40" for Rise of the Resistance, 48" for Slinky Dog Dash). Once a child’s height is saved, SupaPark cross-checks it against the ride-eligibility matrix and stops suggesting rides they can’t board yet — so your “what should we ride next?” picks actually work for your whole group.
Keep heights current
Kids grow fast, and a single inch can unlock a major ride. A few tips:
- Measure with shoes on, since that’s how Disney measures at the ride.
- Update each profile right before a trip.
- If a child is borderline on a height, SupaPark flags it so you can plan around it.
What else Family profiles unlock
With heights saved, your plan and recommendations become family-aware across SupaPark:
- Ride-eligibility matrix — see at a glance who can ride what.
- Rider Switch — flagged automatically for rides where one adult waits with a younger child, then swaps without re-queuing.
- Stroller-friendly and quiet routes — built into your day plan.
- SMS alerts — Family-tier text alerts when a watched ride drops to walk-on or a dining reservation frees up.
A note on booking
SupaPark watches and alerts — it never books. When we ping you that a Lightning Lane refilled or a hard-to-get table opened up, you confirm it yourself in Disney’s My Disney Experience app. Your saved heights just make sure the rides we point you toward are ones your kids can actually enjoy.
