How the Park-Day Builder turns your must-do list into a real plan

The Park-Day Builder takes the list of things you want to do and puts them in a sensible order for the day you’re actually going — using forecast wait times, park layout, and your own priorities. You get a time-ordered itinerary instead of a wish list.

You’ll find it on the Plan tab in the app (/app/plans). It’s included with Silver and Gold.

What it actually does

• Orders by when waits are shortest. It pulls the same best-time-to-ride forecasts you see on the free forecaster, then schedules each ride near its low point rather than in the order you typed it.
• Groups by land. Rides near each other get slotted together so you’re not crossing the park three times.
• Respects your priorities. Your ride priority ranking (5 Must ride → 0 Skip) drives what gets the best slots. Unranked rides aren’t treated as a 0 — they’re just flexible.
• Works around fixed times. Dining reservations and Lightning Lane return windows anchor the plan; everything else fills in around them.

How to build one

1. Open the Plan tab and start a new park day.
2. Pick the park and the date. The crowd forecast for that date feeds straight into the plan.
3. Add your must-dos — rides, shows, and any dining you already have booked in My Disney Experience.
4. Set or check your ride priorities so the builder knows what’s non-negotiable.
5. Generate the plan, then reorder anything you like. The builder is a starting point, not a rulebook.

Using it during the day

Plans go stale the moment a ride goes down or a wait craters — so pair the itinerary with live data:

• Ride Now (/now) tells you the best thing to do right this minute if the plan slips.
• Drop Watch alerts ping you when a Lightning Lane refills or a hard-to-get table frees up. On Free you get up to 10 alert emails a day; Silver adds 5 push alerts a day plus unlimited emails; Gold removes the caps and adds SMS.
• If you’re running behind, just regenerate — it re-sequences from where you are now.

Important: SupaPark doesn’t book anything

The builder plans and SupaPark alerts — that’s it. Every Lightning Lane selection and every dining reservation is made by you, in Disney’s My Disney Experience app. Adding a restaurant to your plan does not hold a table, and adding a ride does not buy a Lightning Lane.

Two things worth knowing

• Lightning Lane Multi Pass is booked in advance. On-site guests can start selections 7 days before arrival, off-site 3 days, from 7:00 AM Eastern. Build your plan around the selections you already hold, then keep refilling one at a time through the day.
• Advance Dining Reservations open 60 days before arrival at 6:00 AM Eastern — a different time from the 7:00 AM Lightning Lane window. Don’t mix them up.

A plan you can actually follow beats a perfect plan you abandon by 11 AM. Build it, then let the alerts handle the rest.
