How to Cancel or Get a Refund

Cancel anytime in seconds through the Stripe customer portal from your Billing page, keep your paid features until the period ends, and contact support for any refund questions.

You can cancel your SupaPark Plus or Family plan anytime, on your own, in under a minute — no email required, no “are you sure” runaround. Here’s exactly how it works.

    Cancel your plan

    1. Go to Billing (/app/billing) in your account.
    2. Click Manage subscription to open the secure Stripe customer portal.
    3. Select Cancel plan and confirm.
    4. You’ll get an email confirmation. That’s it — you’re done.

Your billing is handled through Stripe, so the cancel button is always available to you directly. You never have to wait for someone to process it.

    What happens to your access

Canceling stops the next charge — it doesn’t cut you off immediately. You keep all your paid features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

    • Until your period ends: full access to whatever your plan includes — Drop Watch alerts (dining drops + Lightning Lane refills), the 7 AM Board, Ride-Now anomaly alerts, the Park-Day Builder, Pricing Advisor, and (on Family) child profiles and SMS alerts.
    • After your period ends: you roll down to the free tier automatically. You’ll still have live wait times for all parks, the crowd calendar, best-time-to-ride, and 200+ free guides.

So if you cancel mid-month, finish using your alerts and planning tools — they stay on until the day your cycle would have renewed.

Your account, family profiles, and saved plans aren’t deleted — if you resubscribe later, they’ll be waiting.

    Refunds

If you think you’re owed a refund — say you were charged unexpectedly or something didn’t work as promised — reach out and we’ll take care of you. We’d rather make it right than have you feel stuck.

    • Email us from the address on your account (it helps us find your billing quickly).
    • Tell us what happened and the approximate charge date.
    • We review refund requests individually and reply as fast as we can.

A quick heads-up so there are no surprises: canceling on your own stops future charges but doesn’t automatically issue a refund for time already billed. If you’d like a refund considered, message support rather than relying on the cancel button alone.

    A couple of common questions

    • Will I lose my data if I cancel? No. You drop to the free tier, but your profiles and saved plans stay.
    • Can I downgrade instead of canceling? Yes — open the Stripe portal from Billing and switch plans there (for example, Family down to Plus) instead of canceling entirely.
    • Does canceling affect any Disney reservations? No. SupaPark only watches and alerts — your dining reservations and Lightning Lanes live in My Disney Experience and are unaffected.

Still unsure about a charge? Don’t stress — reach out to support and we’ll sort it out with you.
