Contact support or report a problem
How to reach the SupaPark team, what details to include so we can help fast, and how your feedback shapes the product.
How to reach us
Email the SupaPark team at support@supapark.com. We read every message, and the more detail you include, the faster we can sort it out.
You can also manage your account yourself first — many issues (billing, plan changes, notification settings) are quickest to resolve right from your Account page (/app/account) or Billing page (/app/billing).
What to include
To help us help you, drop these into your email:
- Your account email — the one you sign in with (so we can find your account).
- What happened — what you expected, what actually happened, and the page you were on (for example, Drop Watch at /app/drop or the 7 AM Board at /app/7am).
- Your device and browser — e.g. “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome.” This matters most for anything involving alerts.
- Timing — roughly when it happened, and whether it’s still happening.
- A screenshot if you have one — it often shows us the answer instantly.
Not getting alerts?
If the problem is missed or late notifications, check these before writing in — they fix most cases:
- Grant browser notification permission for supapark.com, and install SupaPark to your home screen so web push works reliably.
- Confirm the alert is set up — for a dining reservation, your Drop Watch is created on the Dining page (/app/dining) and lives in your Drop Watch feed (/app/drop).
- Check your plan — Drop Watch, the 7 AM Board, and Ride-Now anomaly alerts need Plus ($14.99/mo). SMS alerts need Family ($30/mo). Web push and email work on those tiers too.
- Remember the hand-off — SupaPark watches and alerts the moment a reservation drops or a Lightning Lane refills, but you confirm the booking yourself in Disney’s My Disney Experience app. We never book for you.
If alerts still aren’t arriving after that, email us with your device, browser, and which alert you set up.
Your feedback shapes SupaPark
We genuinely build around what guests tell us. If a forecast felt off, a guide was missing something, or you wish a feature worked differently, send it our way — feature requests and “this could be better” notes are just as welcome as bug reports. A lot of what’s in SupaPark today started as a user email, so don’t hold back.
We’ll get back to you by email — so keep an eye on the inbox tied to your account.
