Create your account in the app

The sign-in screen offers Continue with Google or email. Your account keeps watches, alerts and family details connected to you on every device. /android-only–><!–web-only–>## Start at supapark.com

You can create your account and sign back in at supapark.com.<!–/web-only–> Once you are signed in, you land in the app at /app, where the main tabs are Today, Rides, Dining, Plan, and Alerts.

Your account keeps your watches, alerts, plan access, notification settings, and planning tools connected to you.

Create an account

  1. Open the app and choose Sign in. /ios-only–><!–android-only
  2. Open the app and choose Sign in. /android-only–>
  3. Pick one of the available sign-in methods:
    • Email and password
    • Magic link by email
    • Google
    • Apple
  4. Follow the prompts to finish creating your account.
  5. After sign-up, you will be taken into SupaPark’s app experience at /app.

Sign in with email and password

Use this if you created a SupaPark password.

  1. Choose Sign in in the app.

  5. Continue into the app.

If your password is not working, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.

A magic link lets you sign in from your email without typing a password.

  1. Choose Sign in in the app.

  5. Open the email from SupaPark on the same device if possible.
  6. Tap the link to finish signing in.

If the link does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, then request a fresh link. Magic links can expire, so use the newest email.

Sign in with Google or Apple

If you used Google or Apple to create your account, use the same option when signing back in.

  1. Choose Sign in in the app.
  2. Select Continue with Apple (or use your email). /ios-only–><!–android-only

  5. Approve the sign-in prompt.

For Apple sign-in, remember that Apple may hide your real email address. If you used Apple’s private relay email, keep using Apple sign-in for that same SupaPark account.

What you see after signing in

After signing in, you land in SupaPark’s app shell at /app. From there you can check live waits, view rides and dining, build plans, manage alerts, and open your account or settings overlays.

Plan and billing details live in the in-app Account overlay. Family and notification settings live in the in-app Settings overlay.
