Creating your account & signing in
How to sign up and sign back in to SupaPark at supapark.com using email and password, a magic link, or Google/Apple — plus what you'll see after.
SupaPark lives on the web at supapark.com — there’s no app to download. Open the site in any browser on your phone or computer, and you’re ready to create an account or sign in.
Create your account
- Go to supapark.com and choose Sign up.
- Pick how you want to register:
- Email + password — enter your email, set a password, and you’re in.
- Magic link — enter your email and we’ll send you a one-tap sign-in link. No password to remember; just open the email and tap the link.
- Google or Apple — tap the button and confirm with your existing Google or Apple account.
- That’s it — your free account is created instantly.
New accounts start on the free plan, which includes live wait times for every park, the crowd calendar, best-time-to-ride forecasts, and 200+ planning guides.
Sign back in
Returning? Go to supapark.com, choose Sign in, and use the same method you signed up with:
- Email + password — type them in.
- Magic link — enter your email and tap the fresh link we send.
- Google or Apple — one tap to confirm.
Use the same method each time so you land back in the same account. If you signed up with Google but try a password later, you won’t find one set — just tap Google again.
What you land on
After signing in, you arrive at your Dashboard (/app/dashboard) — your home base for live waits and what to do next. From there you can jump to the heatmap, the crowd calendar, best-time-to-ride, and your account settings.
Turn on alerts while you’re here
SupaPark’s real-time alerts (like Drop Watch and Ride-Now anomaly alerts on the Plus plan) reach you through web push notifications. To get them reliably:
- Allow notifications when your browser asks for permission.
- Install SupaPark to your home screen (your browser’s “Add to Home Screen” option) so alerts arrive even when the tab is closed.
A quick reminder: SupaPark watches and alerts — it never books for you. When we ping you that a dining reservation has dropped or a Lightning Lane has refilled, you confirm it in Disney’s My Disney Experience app.
Trouble signing in?
- No magic-link email? Check spam, and make sure you entered the same address you registered with.
- Password not working? Use the password-reset link on the sign-in screen — or sign in with the magic link instead.
- “Account already exists”? You likely signed up with Google or Apple originally; tap that button instead of creating a new password.
