How to Update Your Account Settings
Updating Your Profile and Login Details
Whether you need to change the email address where you receive your Drop Watch alerts, update your password, or tweak your basic profile name, you can manage all your core account settings directly in the SupaPark app.
How to Access Your Account Settings
All your profile, login, and billing details live in the Account overlay. Here is how to find and update them:
- Open the SupaPark app (or head to the dashboard at supapark.com/app in your browser).
- Locate and open the Account overlay from the main navigation menu.
- Choose the specific detail you want to update, such as your email address, name, or password.
- Enter your new information and click or tap to save your changes.
Managing Your Email and Password
- Email Address: Changing your email address here updates how you log in and where you receive your account notices. This is also the email address we use to send your Drop Watch alerts if you rely on email notifications (available on all plans, including Free). Make sure this is an inbox you check frequently so you don’t miss a dining reservation or Lightning Lane refill!
- Password: You can securely update your password while logged in. If you are ever locked out and cannot remember your current password, simply use the “Forgot Password” link on the main login screen to trigger a reset email.
Profile vs. Family Settings
Your basic profile in the Account overlay covers your primary account holder name.
If you are looking to set up detailed family profiles—such as tracking child heights for ride eligibility, managing Rider Switch preferences, or planning stroller-friendly routes—those features are exclusive to the Gold plan. You will find those specific family and notification controls in the Settings overlay, rather than the Account overlay.
Billing and Subscriptions
Need to check if you are on the Free, Silver, or Gold plan? The Account overlay is also home to your plan and billing information. You can view your current tier, upgrade your subscription, or manage your payment details right from this screen.
