    Manage your account: update your email, password, and profile

    Update your email, password, and basic profile details anytime from the Account page at /app/account.

    You can update your email, password, and basic profile details anytime from the Account page (/app/account). Here’s how.

    Open your Account page

    1. Sign in at supapark.com.
    2. Go to Account (/app/account) from the menu.
    3. You’ll see your profile, email, and password settings all on one page.

    Update your email

    1. On the Account page, find the Email field.
    2. Enter your new email address.
    3. Save your changes. You may be asked to confirm the new address — check that inbox for a verification message and follow the link.

    Your email is where SupaPark sends email alerts, so keep it current to avoid missing a dining drop or a Lightning Lane refill.

    Change your password

    1. On the Account page, open the Password section.
    2. Enter your current password, then your new one.
    3. Save. You’ll use the new password the next time you sign in.

    If you’ve forgotten your current password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email instead.

    Update your basic profile

    1. Edit fields like your name and notification preferences on the Account page.
    2. Save your changes.

    Looking for family details?

    Child height profiles, ride-eligibility, and stroller/quiet routes live on the separate Family pages (/app/families and /app/family-profile), not here. Those features are part of the Family plan ($30/mo).

    Billing and plan changes

    To change your plan or payment method, head to Billing (/app/billing) — that’s separate from your account profile.

    A quick tip on alerts

    Updating your email keeps email alerts flowing, but web push is the fastest channel — make sure your browser permission is granted (and install SupaPark as a PWA) so time-sensitive alerts reach you instantly. SMS alerts are available on the Family plan.

    Remember: SupaPark watches and alerts — it never books for you. When a reservation or Lightning Lane drops, you’ll confirm it in your own My Disney Experience app.
