Free vs Plus vs Family: What Each Plan Unlocks

A side-by-side look at SupaPark's three plans — Free ($0), Plus ($14.99/mo), and Family ($30/mo) — and how to pick the right one.

    The short answer

    SupaPark has three plans:

    • Free — $0: Live wait times, the crowd calendar, best-time-to-ride, 200+ planning guides, and basic hours/weather. Great for casual planning.
    • Plus — $14.99/mo: Everything in Free, plus the alerts and tools most trip-planners want — including Drop Watch.
    • Family — $30/mo: Everything in Plus, plus kid-aware planning, multi-party features, and SMS alerts.

If you’re actively planning or in the parks, Plus is the sweet spot. Choose Family if you’re traveling with kids or coordinating more than one group.

    What unlocks at each level

    Free — $0

    • Live wait times for all parks
    • Crowd calendar
    • Best-time-to-ride forecaster
    • 200+ free planning guides
    • Basic park hours and weather

Plus — $14.99/mo (everything in Free, plus)

    • Drop Watch — alerts the moment a hard-to-get dining reservation frees up or a Lightning Lane refills (you confirm the booking yourself in My Disney Experience)
    • Every guide unlocked
    • 7 AM Board for rope-drop booking
    • Ride-Now anomaly alerts (e.g., a ride suddenly going walk-on or going down)
    • Park-Day Builder for itineraries
    • Pricing Advisor (is Multi Pass worth it?)
    • Full forecasts

Family — $30/mo (everything in Plus, plus)

    • Child height profiles and the ride-eligibility matrix
    • Rider Switch planning
    • Stroller-friendly and quiet-zone routes
    • Multi-party planning (coordinate several groups)
    • SMS alerts in addition to web push and email

    How to choose

    1. Just browsing or a once-a-year trip? Free covers live waits, crowds, and best times.
    2. Want SupaPark to catch dining drops and Lightning Lane refills for you, plus the 7 AM Board and Park-Day Builder? Go Plus.
    3. Traveling with kids or wrangling multiple families? Go Family for height tracking, Rider Switch, kid-friendly routes, and text-message alerts.

A note on alerts and booking

Drop Watch (Plus and up) watches and alerts — it pings you the second a table opens or a Lightning Lane refills. You then grab it yourself in Disney’s My Disney Experience app. SupaPark never books or holds reservations for you.

To make sure alerts reach you, allow browser notifications and add SupaPark to your home screen. Family-tier members also get SMS.

    Where to change plans

You can compare and switch any time on your Billing page (/app/billing). Upgrades take effect right away, so any new features unlock as soon as you confirm.
