Free vs Silver vs Gold: what each plan unlocks
The short answer
SupaPark has exactly three plans: Free, Silver, and Gold.
The most important thing to know: paid plans do not unlock live park data. Live waits, the Real Wait board, Lightning Lane availability, crowd forecasts, ride and dining listings, and all 300+ guides are free forever.
Paid plans are mainly about alert speed, alert volume, planning tools, and Merlin.
There is no free trial because the Free plan is free forever.
Free — $0 forever
Free is best if you want to check live park conditions, research your trip, and receive a limited number of email alerts.
Free includes:
- Live wait times for all parks
- The Real Wait board, showing posted vs actual wait patterns
- Live Lightning Lane availability and sold-out status

- Crowd calendar and wait forecasts

Free does not include push notifications, SMS alerts, or Merlin.
Silver — $19/month or $125/year
Silver is a subscription and can be cancelled any time. It is best if you want alerts delivered faster and more often, plus planning tools for an active trip.
Silver includes everything in Free, plus:
- 5 push alerts per day, delivered the moment a drop happens
- Unlimited alert emails
- 10 Merlin questions per day
- Unlimited Drop Watches for dining reservations and Lightning Lane refills
- Drop Odds
- Full dining availability board
- 7 AM Board
- Park-Day Builder
- Lightning Lane Pricing Advisor
SupaPark still does not book anything for you. If a dining reservation opens or a Lightning Lane refills, SupaPark alerts you, then you complete the booking in My Disney Experience.
Gold — $29/month or $199/year
Gold is a subscription for guests who want every cap removed and more family-aware, proactive help.
Gold includes everything in Silver, plus:

- Proactive Merlin agent
- Child height profiles
- Ride-eligibility matrix
- Rider Switch support
- Stroller and quiet routes

Gold is not “Merlin vs no Merlin” because Silver already includes Merlin. Gold is about unlimited Merlin, unlimited alerts, SMS, family tools, and proactive recommendations before you think to ask.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Free if you mainly want live data, forecasts, guides, and limited email alerts.
Choose Silver if you are actively chasing dining drops or Lightning Lane refills and want faster push alerts, planning tools, and Merlin.
Choose Gold if you want unlimited alerts, SMS, proactive Merlin help, and family planning features for a fuller park-day setup.
