At SupaPark, we believe in keeping things simple and secure. Our goal is to help you plan a better park day, and we only collect the information necessary to run your wait time predictions, personalized recommendations, and live alerts.

Here is a clear look at what data we use, what we never touch, and how you can control your settings.

What We Never Do

We never ask for your Disney login. SupaPark is an independent planning tool. We never ask for your My Disney Experience email or password, and we never connect directly to your Disney account.

We never book anything for you. Because we don’t have your login, SupaPark cannot book Lightning Lanes or dining reservations on your behalf. When Drop Watch catches a reservation or an alert fires, we ping you instantly so you can grab it yourself directly in the My Disney Experience app.

The Data We Use to Help You

To make our tools work, we use information you choose to share with us:

• Contact Information: We need your email address to send you Drop Watch alerts. If you are on the Silver or Gold plan, we use your device token to send push notifications. Gold members who opt in to SMS alerts will need to provide a phone number.
• Planning Details: If you tell Merlin about your trip dates, ride priorities, or family details (like child heights available on the Gold plan), we save those preferences to give you better, personalized recommendations.
• Location Data (Optional): If you use the iPhone app and explicitly grant permission, we use your location to power “Near you” tips and the proactive Merlin agent (Gold plan). We only check your latest position while you are within ~40 km of Walt Disney World, and we never keep a history of where you have been.

How to Control Your Notifications

You are in complete control of how and when SupaPark talks to you.

1. Open the Settings overlay in the SupaPark app.
2. Navigate to your notification preferences.
3. Toggle your preferences for email, push notifications, and SMS alerts on or off.
4. You can also adjust your marketing and newsletter preferences from this same screen.
