    Your privacy & data

    A plain-English summary of what data SupaPark uses to power its alerts and predictions, why it never touches your Disney login, and how to control your notifications and marketing email.

    The short version

    SupaPark uses publicly available park data — live wait times, ride status, Lightning Lane availability, dining availability, and crowd patterns — to run its predictions and alerts. It does not ask for, store, or share your Disney login, and SupaPark never books anything on your behalf. You stay in full control of what we send you.

    What data we use

    To power the alerts and forecasts, SupaPark relies on:

    • Public park data — live ride waits, operational status, Lightning Lane availability, and dining availability across all Walt Disney World parks.
    • Your SupaPark preferences — the rides, restaurants, and drops you ask us to watch, plus any plans you build in the Park-Day Builder.
    • Your account basics — your email, plan, and (on Family) optional child height profiles you choose to add for ride-eligibility features.

    This is what lets us catch the moment a table opens, a Lightning Lane refills, or a ride goes walk-on — and ping you instantly.

    We never touch your Disney login

    SupaPark only watches and alerts. When a drop happens, we tell you — then you confirm the booking yourself in Disney’s My Disney Experience app. Because of that:

    • We never ask for your Disney or My Disney Experience credentials.
    • We never log in to, hold, or manage your reservations.
    • We never book Lightning Lanes or dining for you.

    If anything ever asks for your Disney password to use SupaPark, it isn’t us.

    Controlling your notifications

    You decide how and whether we reach you:

    • Web push (primary) — granted through your browser. Turn it off anytime in your browser’s site settings, or adjust which alerts fire on Alerts (/app/alerts).
    • Email alerts — toggle these in Account (/app/account).
    • SMS alerts (Family plan) — manage or stop these in your account settings, or reply STOP to a text.

    You can also pause or remove individual watches on Drop Watch (/app/drop) so you only hear about what matters to you.

    Marketing email

    Marketing and product emails are separate from your alert notifications. To opt out, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or update your email preferences in Account. Turning off marketing email won’t affect the alerts you’ve asked for.
