Rider Switch, Strollers & Quiet Zones

Traveling with little ones means balancing different heights, stamina levels, and nap schedules. SupaPark’s family features—available on the Gold plan—are designed to make navigating the parks with kids much easier.

What is Rider Switch?

Rider Switch (often called “child swap”) is a Disney service that allows adults to take turns riding an attraction while one stays with a child who cannot or does not want to ride. Instead of waiting in the regular line twice, the first adult waits in the standard line while the second adult waits with the child. Once the first adult finishes, the second adult can use the Lightning Lane entrance to ride with minimal wait.

How SupaPark Surfaces Rider Switch

With a Gold plan, SupaPark automatically highlights which attractions offer Rider Switch. By setting up child height profiles in your Settings overlay, the Park-Day Builder (on the Plan tab) will cross-reference our ride-eligibility matrix. It flags rides where your child doesn’t meet the height requirement and helps you build Rider Switch into your daily strategy.

Stroller-Friendly Routes

Navigating crowds with a stroller can be challenging. SupaPark’s interactive map includes an option to highlight stroller routes. This surfaces paths that avoid heavy bottlenecks or stairs, making it easier to get your family from one land to another.

Quiet Zones

Theme parks can be overstimulating. If your family needs a break, the map also highlights quiet zones. These are tucked-away areas with low foot traffic, shade, and seating where you can decompress before your next Lightning Lane or dining reservation. Because the Gold plan includes the proactive Merlin agent, Merlin can even suggest the closest quiet spot to your current location when you need it most.
