Set up your park & trip: choosing a park and reading your dashboard

Pick the best Walt Disney World park for today, then use your SupaPark dashboard to track live waits, the day's read, and quick links to everything you need.

    Start here: pick your park

Not sure which park to do today? Open the crowd calendar (/crowd) and the “Which park today?” read on your dashboard (/app/dashboard). SupaPark weighs the day’s crowd forecast and live conditions across all four parks and points you to the smartest choice — so you don’t have to guess.

    1. Check the crowd calendar for your trip dates to spot lighter days.
    2. On the dashboard, see today’s recommended park and why.
    3. Lock it in and let the dashboard orient the rest of your day.

Why it matters: choosing the right park up front saves you the most time. Wait until you’re standing in the hub deciding, and you’ve already lost your best touring window.

    What your dashboard shows

The dashboard (/app/dashboard) is your home base for the day. At a glance you get:

    • Live wait times for every ride, in all parks, updated in real time (free).
    • Today’s read — the current crowd level, recommended park, and what’s running well right now.
    • Quick links out to the tools you’ll use most: live waits and Ride-Now (/now), the park heatmap (/app/map), best-time-to-ride (/best-time-to-ride), and your alerts.

    Find your next move

    • Ride-Now tells you the smartest ride to hit right now based on live waits and walk-on dips.
    • Best-time-to-ride shows when each attraction is usually shortest, so you can build your day around the lulls.
    • The heatmap shows where crowds are bundling so you can steer around them.

Set up alerts so the day finds you

With Plus ($14.99/mo), SupaPark watches the park for you and pings you the moment something opens up:

    • Drop Watch (/app/drop) — the unified feed catching hard-to-get dining reservations that free up and Lightning Lane refills. Set a dining drop on the Dining page (/app/dining); it’s all Drop Watch.
    • Ride-Now anomaly alerts when a ride craters to a walk-on or goes down.
    • The 7 AM Board (/app/7am) to plan your rope-drop bookings.

Important: SupaPark watches and alerts — it never books. When Drop Watch catches a table or a Lightning Lane, you confirm it yourself in Disney’s My Disney Experience app.

    Turn on notifications

To make sure alerts reach you:

    1. Grant your browser’s push notification permission when prompted.
    2. Add SupaPark to your home screen so push works reliably.
    3. Alerts also arrive by email; SMS is included on the Family plan ($30/mo).

That’s it — pick your park, glance at today’s read, and let your dashboard and alerts handle the rest at supapark.com.
