Set up your park and trip

Start with the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home base for a park day. Once you choose the park you are visiting, SupaPark organizes the day around that park’s live conditions, ride waits, and quick planning tools.

You can open it from Today in the app, or go to Dashboard at /app/dashboard.

Choose your park

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Select the Walt Disney World park you are visiting today.
  3. Use the park view to check what is happening now before you make your next move.

If you are still deciding where to go, use the Crowd calendar or Which park today? guidance before settling on a park. Once you know your park, come back to the Dashboard so the rest of your planning is focused on the right place.

What the Dashboard shows

The Dashboard gives you a practical read on the park right now, including:

All guests can see live waits, Real Wait figures, Lightning Lane availability and sold-out status, the park map, ride and dining listings, crowd forecasts, wait forecasts, best-time-to-ride guidance, and SupaPark’s guides for free.

Use it during your visit

Check the Dashboard when you arrive, after meals, after a show, or anytime your plan changes. It is most useful when you are choosing between a few next moves and want the current park conditions to break the tie.

For example:

Add alerts when you do not want to keep checking

The Dashboard helps you decide what to do now. Alerts help when you want SupaPark to keep watch for you.

Free guests get up to 10 alert emails per day. Silver adds 5 push alerts per day, unlimited alert emails, Drop Watch for dining reservations and Lightning Lane refills, the 7 AM Board, Park-Day Builder, and Pricing Advisor. Gold removes the push and Merlin caps and adds SMS alerts, family planning tools, and proactive Merlin guidance.

SupaPark never books rides, Lightning Lanes, or dining for you. It watches and alerts you, then you complete the booking yourself in My Disney Experience.
