    Upgrade or change your plan

    How to upgrade, downgrade, or switch SupaPark plans from the Billing page using secure Stripe checkout, and when each change takes effect.

    Change your plan from the Billing page

    You manage everything about your subscription on the Billing page (/app/billing). From there you can move up to Plus or Family, switch back down, or update your payment details — all through Stripe’s secure checkout.

    Quick comparison

    • Free — live wait times for all parks, the crowd calendar, best-time-to-ride, 200+ guides, and basic hours/weather.
    • Plus ($14.99/mo) — everything in Free, plus every guide unlocked, Drop Watch (dining reservation drops and Lightning Lane refills), the 7 AM Board, Ride-Now anomaly alerts, the Park-Day Builder, Pricing Advisor, and full forecasts.
    • Family ($30/mo) — everything in Plus, plus child height profiles, the ride-eligibility matrix, Rider Switch, stroller/quiet routes, multi-party planning, and SMS alerts.

    How to upgrade

    1. Go to the Billing page (/app/billing).
    2. Pick the plan you want — Plus or Family.
    3. Select Upgrade to open secure Stripe checkout.
    4. Enter your card details (or confirm a saved card) and complete the purchase.
    5. You’ll land back on the Billing page with your new plan active.

    Your Stripe payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — SupaPark never sees or stores your full card number.

    When changes take effect

    • Upgrades take effect immediately. As soon as checkout completes, the new features unlock — so if you upgrade to Plus, Drop Watch and the 7 AM Board are ready right away.
    • Downgrades (for example, Family back to Plus, or Plus back to Free) take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current features until then, and you won’t be charged again at the higher tier.

    Switching between Plus and Family

    Use the same steps above and choose the other paid plan. Moving up to Family unlocks the family tools and SMS alerts right away; moving down to Plus applies at your next renewal.

    Turn on alerts after you upgrade

    Upgrading unlocks the features, but make sure your alerts can actually reach you:

    • Grant web push permission in your browser (and install SupaPark to your home screen for the most reliable notifications).
    • Add or confirm your email for backup alerts.
    • On Family, add your mobile number to enable SMS alerts.

    You can manage these on the Alerts page (/app/alerts).

    A quick reminder on booking

    Upgrading unlocks Drop Watch so SupaPark catches the moment a hard-to-get table frees up or a Lightning Lane refills — then it pings you instantly. The actual booking always happens in your own My Disney Experience app; SupaPark watches and alerts, it never books for you.
