Be Our Guest sits inside Beast’s Castle at the back of New Fantasyland, and it’s still one of the most fully realized restaurant builds Disney has ever done — three distinct dining rooms, each pulled straight from the 1991 film. The grand Ballroom glows under a painted sky and arched windows with ‘falling snow’ outside; the Rose Gallery is the bright, family-friendly room anchored by a music box of Belle and Beast dancing; and the West Wing is the showstopper — dim, stormy, and dominated by the enchanted rose under glass and the slashed Prince portrait that flickers to life. The food is French-inspired and competent, but let’s be honest: people come for the room, the romance, and the chance to dine inside a Disney icon.

These days dinner is a table-service prix fixe (appetizer, entrée, dessert), while the vibe shifts hard from daytime to night — and Beast himself appears for photos in the back of the castle, which is a genuine draw for kids and Beauty-and-the-Beast diehards. It’s beautiful, it’s immersive, and it’s priced like an experience, because that’s what it is.

Where it lands honestly: the theming is 10/10 and the service is solid, but the cooking is good-not-transcendent for the money. You’re paying for the castle, not a culinary revelation — and if you go in knowing that, you’ll love it.

This is a ‘do it for the magic, not the menu’ table. If you’re a Beauty and the Beast fan, traveling with kids who’ll lose their minds over meeting Beast, or you just want to eat inside a castle once, it’s absolutely worth a reservation. If you’re a serious foodie chasing the best plate at Walt Disney World, your money goes further elsewhere — book this for the atmosphere and the memory, and you’ll walk out happy.
