I.C. Expeditions is a walk-up snack window tucked into Disney’s Blizzard Beach, the ski-resort-gone-tropical water park where the whole gag is melting snow. The stand leans all the way into the theme — ice cream, soft-serve, and cold novelties to fuel you between the lift line for Summit Plummet and another lap on Teamboat Springs. It’s a counter, not a destination: no seating to speak of, no menu you’ll plan a day around. You order, you get something cold and sweet, you keep moving.

That’s the point, and it’s worth being honest about it. This is convenience and theming, not a culinary stop. What it does well is be right there when a kid is melting down faster than the fake snow, or when you need a sugar hit before the next slide. The soft-serve and the prepackaged ice cream bars (the Mickey bar is the eternal MVP) are the reliable plays. Don’t come hungry expecting a meal — come overheated and looking for the fastest path to cold.

This is a top-up stop, not a sit-down. It earns its keep on a hot Blizzard Beach afternoon when you’ve got a wet kid, a long slide queue ahead, and zero patience for a real food line — grab a cold treat and go. If you’re hunting an actual meal at the park, you’ll want one of the larger quick-service spots instead. For an ice cream break between slides, though, it’s exactly enough.
