The reason to come is the setting, not culinary fireworks. At the Dolphin, that matters: you’re in the EPCOT resort area, close to the BoardWalk, Swan, Yacht/Beach, and Beach Club orbit, so this works nicely as a low-pressure break from park logistics. It’s especially handy on arrival night, a rain detour, or a non-park evening when the kids still need something to do and the adults would like to sit down without turning dinner into a project.

I would not make this your “big Disney meal.” Treat it like a built-in resort activity with food attached, and it makes a lot more sense. If your group wants quiet conversation, refined cooking, or a romantic night, the Dolphin has better options. If your group wants lanes, games, snacks, and zero ceremony, this is exactly the lane it’s bowling in.
