Maya Grill

Maya Grill is Coronado Springs’ sit-down Mexican restaurant: big room, Spanish-style tile, Mayan-inspired details, and a calmer resort-dinner feel than the Mexico options inside EPCOT. It is not the place I would cross all of Walt Disney World for on a packed park night, but if you are staying at Coronado or already nearby, it is a very useful table-service option that usually feels more relaxed than it gets credit for.

The food lives in the familiar Mexican/Tex-Mex lane: tacos, fajitas, shareable plates, margaritas, and comfort dishes rather than tiny chef-y experiments. Its strength is that it can turn into an easy, low-friction dinner: live guitar, a high-ceiling dining room, lagoon-facing windows, and enough crowd-pleasing choices for mixed groups.

The knock is location. Coronado Springs is not casually adjacent to most park plans, so Maya Grill works best as a resort-night dinner, arrival-day meal, or “we need out of the parks” reset. Treat it as a good nearby move, not a destination you should bend the whole day around.

SupaPark’s take: Maya Grill is for people who want a quieter Mexican dinner with a margarita in hand and no EPCOT crowd energy. If you are at Coronado, it is worth considering; if you are not, make sure the transportation time is not doing more work than the restaurant is.
