Milk Stand is the little open-air drink cart tucked into the Black Spire Outpost market in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and it exists for exactly one reason: the Blue and Green Milk straight out of A New Hope and The Last Jedi. These aren’t dairy at all — they’re plant-based (rice and coconut) frozen slushes, swirled fruity and faintly tart, served in a wide souvenir-style cup. It’s a two-minute stop, not a meal, and the whole point is the photo, the lore, and ticking the bucket-list box.

Here’s the honest part: the milks are polarizing. Blue leans tropical-citrus; Green is brighter and tangier with a melon-and-citrus edge that some people love and others find a little sour. Plenty of guests take three sips, get the picture, and toss the rest. That doesn’t make it a skip — being inside Batuu sipping something blue is genuinely fun — it just means you should go in knowing it’s a novelty cooler, not a milkshake.

The adults-only versions are where Milk Stand quietly earns its keep: each color comes spiked, and unlike Oga’s Cantina, there’s rarely a wait and no reservation to chase. It’s the fastest legal way to drink your way through Galaxy’s Edge.

This is a do-it-once experience, and that’s totally fine — go for the moment, not the flavor. If you’re a Star Wars fan, the kid in your group, or anyone who wants the iconic blue cup for the 'gram, it’s worth the few bucks. If you’re chasing a great frozen drink on a hot day, manage expectations; the fruity-tart profile isn’t for everyone. Split one to test the waters before committing to two.
