Monsieur Paul is the upstairs, grown-up French dining room in EPCOT’s France pavilion: quieter, slower, and much more polished than the bustle downstairs at Chefs de France. This is not the spot for a quick park refuel; it is a multi-course, contemporary French meal with formal pacing, attentive service, and a dining room that actually feels removed from World Showcase chaos.

The appeal is the combination of classic French technique, a special-occasion setting, and the elevated view over the lagoon. It is expensive and time-consuming, so it works best when you want dinner to be the event, not a break between rides. If you are trying to maximize attractions, this table will feel like it eats your evening. If you want one elegant EPCOT meal, it is one of the few restaurants in the park that can still make dinner feel like an occasion.
