Roundup Rodeo BBQ brings an all-you-care-to-enjoy barbecue feast to the heart of Toy Story Land. Themed as a makeshift rodeo arena that Andy constructed out of cardboard boxes, game boards, and his favorite toys, the dining room is loud, colorful, and relentlessly detailed. It’s exactly the kind of chaotic, immersive fun you’d expect when stepping into a child’s imagination.

The family-style meal kicks off with cheddar biscuits paired with sweet pepper jelly and a trio of fresh salads, including a surprisingly refreshing watermelon and mint bowl. But the main event is the massive platter of house-smoked meats: slow-cooked beef brisket, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs, 48-hour brined chicken, and spiced pork sausage. Plant-based eaters are also well taken care of with Trixie’s Trio, featuring a clever Impossible “rib chop” skewered on a sugar cane bone.
