Siestas Cantina
Siestas Cantina is the poolside quick-service bar and grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, sitting right by the Dig Site pool area. This is not a destination meal, and it is not trying to be. It is the place you wander up to in a swimsuit for tacos, a burger, nachos, a cold drink, and a low-stakes break from the sun.
The vibe is casual resort-day energy: families coming off the slide, adults grabbing something frozen, and nobody pretending this is fine dining. The Tex-Mex side of the menu fits Coronado’s broader Southwest/Mexican resort feel, while the American basics keep it easy for picky eaters.
What makes it useful is convenience. If you are already at the pool, Siestas can save you the trouble of drying off, walking back through the resort, or committing to a full table-service meal. If you are not pool-bound, though, Coronado has stronger food moves elsewhere.
SupaPark’s take: Siestas Cantina is a solid pool-day utility pick, not a meal you should cross the resort for. Use it when the Dig Site is the plan and you want something fast, unfussy, and kid-compatible.
