Spyglass Grill is a quick-service (counter-service) restaurant.
Located at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Spyglass Grill is a fantastic yet frequently overlooked quick-service window. Although it appears to be just a basic ordering counter beneath a shaded roof, it actually delivers some of the most satisfying casual resort meals on property. The menu successfully mixes traditional American staples with bold island seasonings.
The dining area is compact and entirely al fresco, offering a peaceful alternative to massive, noisy resort food courts. It delivers a laid-back, tropical atmosphere that is ideal for a fast midday break or an easy evening meal. When the primary tables are occupied, you can find a couple of oversized picnic benches adjacent to the restaurant, or simply grab your order to enjoy by the water.
This spot is a legitimate treasure for guests who know where to look. It provides exactly what a resort counter-service joint should: prompt service, solid value, and plates that pack far more punch than a standard theme park hot dog. Whether you are sleeping at Caribbean Beach or just riding the Skyliner, it completely justifies a stop.
