The Cake Bake Shop® Restaurant by Gwendolyn Rogers is the BoardWalk’s full-on fancy-cake fantasy: chandeliers, pastels, flowers, Champagne energy, and a dining room that feels more bridal shower than theme-park meal. It sits on Crescent Lake, so the setting does a lot of the work — especially if you’re coming from EPCOT or Hollywood Studios and want something that feels like a hard reset from park noise.

The savory menu leans French-American with tea-room touches: croques, salades, crab cakes, chicken piccata, gumbo, and polished brunch/lunch plates. But let’s be honest: dessert is the point. The cakes are big, rich, and very photogenic, with Earl’s Court Chocolate, Raspberry Champagne, Millionaire, and Pixie Fetti® doing the heavy lifting. It is expensive for what it is, so this is less “efficient Disney dining” and more “make the cake the event.”

SupaPark’s take: go when you want a pretty, celebratory sit-down and you’re emotionally prepared for dessert to be the main attraction. For a regular resort meal, there are better values around Crescent Lake; for a birthday, girls’ trip, proposal-adjacent moment, or cake-and-bubbles night, it absolutely knows its lane.
