Tusker House operates as the vibrant, bustling heart of Harambe village in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Themed as an eclectic African safari departure company, the sprawling dining rooms are draped in colorful fabrics and packed with travel ephemera. It is loud, high-energy, and unmistakably fun.

But what really sets Tusker House apart from the standard Disney character meal is the food. The all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet leans heavily into African-inspired flavors—think spit-roasted tandoori chicken, rich green curries, and spicy sambals—while still keeping a robust spread of American classics for less adventurous palates.
