Wine Bar George

Led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, Wine Bar George is the crown jewel of Disney Springs dining for adults. It feels less like a theme park restaurant and more like an airy, brick-and-wood-accented wine estate where the staff genuinely knows their stuff. The menu is built entirely around wine-pairing, featuring a massive list of over 140 wines—all available by the glass, bottle, and most impressively, by the ounce.

The food is upscale American tapas meant for sharing. Instead of heavy entrees, expect exceptional charcuterie, artisanal cheeses, and elevated small plates like crispy mac & cheese bites and the crowd-favorite flaming saganaki. It’s the perfect escape when you need a break from theme park crowds and just want exceptional service, great pours, and high-quality food in a relaxed, sophisticated setting.

SupaPark’s Take: This is arguably the best adult-focused venue in all of Walt Disney World. It strips away the theme park chaos and delivers a legitimately world-class wine experience without an ounce of snobbery. It’s an absolute must-do for date nights, girls’ trips, or a sophisticated rest-day afternoon.
