Live now: Grand Floridian Cafe availability
Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Cafe is reportedly set to reopen for dinner on November 2, 2026, following a multi-month refurbishment. While Disney has not issued an official announcement, the resort’s dining reservation system and operating calendar have both updated to reflect availability starting that evening.
As of Thursday, September 3, 2026, guests can book Advance Dining Reservations for the Grand Floridian Cafe for dates beginning November 2. The official Walt Disney World website calendar also displays operating hours of 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM starting on that day.
The popular table-service restaurant temporarily closed in mid-July 2026 for a refresh. This closure marks one of the final phases in a multi-year overhaul of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, which is expected to fully conclude in 2027.
What we know
- Grand Floridian Cafe (Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa) — reservations are now open for November 2, 2026, and beyond.
- Operating hours — the calendar currently lists evening hours of 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM starting November 2.
- Brunch service — continues to be temporarily offered at Cítricos until the cafe’s refurbishment is complete.
What’s not confirmed
Disney has not officially confirmed November 2 as the reopening date, and refurbishment timelines are always subject to delay. It is also not yet confirmed when the restaurant’s signature breakfast and lunch services will resume, as only dinner hours are currently listed on the calendar.
