How to delete your SupaPark account and data
How to delete your SupaPark account, what happens to your data, and how to request deletion if you don't see a self-serve button.
The short version
You can delete your SupaPark account from the Account page (/app/account). Deleting removes your profile, saved plans, alert settings, and family profiles, and stops all future billing. If you don’t see a delete option, email support@supapark.com from the address on your account and we’ll handle it for you.
Delete it yourself
- Go to the Account page (
/app/account). - Scroll to the account/privacy section and choose Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. This is permanent, so we’ll ask you to confirm clearly.
- You’ll get an email confirming the deletion is complete.
If you’re on a paid plan (Plus or Family), cancel or check your subscription first on the Billing page (/app/billing) so you understand any remaining term. Deleting your account also ends billing going forward.
No delete button? Request it
If you can’t find a self-serve option, just ask us:
- Email support@supapark.com from the email address tied to your account (so we can verify it’s really you).
- Use a subject like “Account deletion request.”
- We’ll confirm your identity, delete your account and data, and email you when it’s done.
What happens to your data
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your profile and login
- Saved Park-Day Builder plans and itineraries
- Your Drop Watch and Ride-Now alert settings
- Family profiles (child height profiles, ride-eligibility settings, party members)
- Notification preferences (web push, email, SMS)
A few things to know:
- Active alerts stop. Any Drop Watch or other alerts you set up will no longer run, so you won’t get future pings.
- Disney is separate. SupaPark never books or holds anything — your reservations and Lightning Lanes live in Disney’s My Disney Experience app, with Disney directly. Deleting SupaPark has no effect on those; manage them in My Disney Experience.
- Billing records. We may retain limited transaction records where required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons, but these aren’t used to identify you in the product.
- Backups. Residual copies may sit in routine backups for a short period before being cycled out.
Want a break instead of deleting?
If you mainly want to stop the pings, you don’t have to delete everything:
- Turn off specific alerts on the Alerts page (
/app/alerts) or pause a watch from Drop Watch (/app/drop). - Downgrade or cancel a paid plan on the Billing page (
/app/billing) to keep the free tier (live wait times, crowd calendar, best-time-to-ride, and 200+ guides).
That way your saved plans and family profiles stay put for your next trip.
