The one-tap Lightning Lane booking hand-off
SupaPark alerts you the instant a Lightning Lane is bookable and deep-links you into My Disney Experience to confirm it — you do the actual booking, never SupaPark.
The short version
SupaPark watches Lightning Lane availability for you and pings you the second a pass you want becomes bookable. The alert deep-links straight into your own My Disney Experience app so you can confirm it. SupaPark never books the Lightning Lane itself — it catches the opening and hands you off to do the one tap.
Think of it as a co-pilot: SupaPark finds the moment, you make the move.
Why a hand-off instead of auto-booking
Disney only allows Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass bookings inside My Disney Experience, tied to your tickets, party, and payment. SupaPark doesn’t hold your Disney login or your card — so the final confirmation always happens in your own Disney app, by you. That keeps your account secure and your booking in your control.
The hard part isn’t tapping the button — it’s knowing the exact second it’s available. That’s what SupaPark does best.
How it works
- Tell SupaPark what you’re watching. On the Alerts page (/app/alerts), set a watch for the Lightning Lane you want — for example, a refill on a sold-out pass or a Single Pass window.
- Get the alert. The moment our forecast engine detects it’s bookable, you get a notification with the ride and pass type.
- Tap through. The alert deep-links you into My Disney Experience, right where you can review and confirm.
- Confirm in Disney’s app. Choose your party and time, then book. Done.
What you need to catch the alert
- Web push is the primary channel — grant your browser’s notification permission and, ideally, install the SupaPark PWA so alerts reach you fast.
- Email alerts work as a backup.
- SMS alerts are available on the Family plan ($30/mo).
Ride-Now anomaly alerts and Lightning Lane refill alerts require the Plus plan ($14.99/mo) or higher.
Tips for a clean hand-off
- Stay logged in to My Disney Experience on the same device so the deep-link drops you right in.
- Act fast — refills and Single Pass openings can disappear in seconds.
- Keep notifications enabled so an alert never gets silenced when you most need it.
The promise: SupaPark catches the opening you’d otherwise miss and points you straight at it — you just confirm the tap.
