How the 7 AM Board helps you plan your Lightning Lane Multi Pass picks

The 7 AM Board (Plus) ranks your Lightning Lane Multi Pass options by value and sell-out risk so you know what to grab first when booking opens in My Disney Experience.

    The short answer

The 7 AM Board (at /app/7am, a Plus feature) gives you a ranked game plan for the moment Lightning Lane Multi Pass booking opens. It tells you which ride to lock in first based on two things: how much time the Lightning Lane saves you (value) and how fast it usually sells out (risk). You follow the order, and you book each pick in My Disney Experience — SupaPark plans the picks, but you tap “confirm” in Disney’s own app.

    How to use it

    1. Open 7 AM Board (/app/7am) the night before, or by 6:45 AM on park day.
    2. Pick your park for the day. The board loads that park’s Multi Pass options.
    3. Review the ranked list — top of the list is what to grab first.
    4. At exactly 7:00 AM, open My Disney Experience and book your picks in that order.
    5. Confirm each selection in MDE. The board is your cheat sheet; Disney handles the actual reservation.

    What the ranking means

    Each ride is scored on:

    • Value — how much wait time the Lightning Lane is likely to save you. A pass that turns a 75-minute standby into a 10-minute walk-up is worth more than one that saves 15 minutes.
    • Sell-out risk — how quickly that Lightning Lane typically runs out. High-demand rides can be gone within minutes of 7 AM.

The rides that are both high-value and high-risk rise to the top — those are the ones to book first, because waiting could mean losing them entirely.

    Why order matters

You can usually only hold a limited set of Multi Pass selections at once, and the best ones disappear fastest. If you spend your first tap on a ride that rarely sells out, the headliner you really wanted may be gone by the time you get to it. Booking highest-risk-and-value first protects your most important pick.

    A quick example

Say the board ranks Seven Dwarfs Mine Train first and a steady-availability ride lower. Grab Mine Train first — it tends to sell out quickly, while the lower-ranked pass will likely still be there a few minutes later.

    Don’t want to babysit refills?

If a pass you wanted is gone at 7 AM, turn on Lightning Lane alerts (Plus). SupaPark watches for refills and pings you the moment one becomes bookable again — then you grab it in My Disney Experience.

The 7 AM Board, Lightning Lane alerts, and full forecasts are part of Plus ($14.99/mo).
