What the 7 AM Board is for

Lightning Lane Multi Pass works best when you know which attractions are most likely to save you time and which ones may disappear early.

The 7 AM Board helps you compare:

• Expected value: which selections are likely to save the most standby waiting
• Sell-out risk: which rides tend to run out of useful return times sooner
• Refill potential: which attractions may come back later through Lightning Lane refills
• Park fit: which picks make sense for your actual park day
• Family priority: which rides matter most to your group

How to use it before 7:00 AM

1. Open the 7 AM Board before your Lightning Lane booking window.
2. Choose the park you’re planning for.
3. Look first for attractions with both high value and high sell-out risk.
4. Compare those against your family’s must-rides.
5. Decide your top few picks before 7:00 AM so you are not sorting through options under pressure.
6. At 7:00 AM Eastern, open My Disney Experience and book your Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections there.

For Disney resort and other eligible on-site guests, the advance selection window starts 7 days before arrival for the trip. Off-site guests can usually begin 3 days before. The booking window opens at 7:00 AM Eastern on your eligible day.

What to pick first

As a general rule, prioritize rides that combine:

• Long standby waits
• Early sell-out patterns
• Strong family interest
• Lower chance of convenient refills later

If a ride has high value but lower sell-out risk, it may be a better second or third selection. If a ride sells out quickly but your family does not care much about it, do not let the chart override your actual priorities.

What happens if you wait

Waiting can leave you with later return times, lower-value attractions, or fewer choices that fit your day. Some Lightning Lane selections may still refill later, but refills are not guaranteed.
