Share your day plan with your group
The short answer
Build a day plan on the Plan tab (in the app, … → Day plan), then invite your group. Everyone who joins sees the same stops, can mark them done or skipped, and stays in sync live. Members don’t need a paid plan to follow along; building a plan takes Silver or Gold.
How to share
- Build your plan for the day. See build your park day.
- On the plan card, tap Invite and send the link to your group. The invite covers your whole trip.
- When someone opens the link and joins, they see the plan on their own Today tab, in the app or on the web.
To leave a plan, open it and tap Leave. The person who made the plan can remove members or revoke the invite link.
During the day
- Anyone in the group can tick a stop done or skip it, and everyone sees it right away.
- If the group falls well behind, the plan says so.
- Re-planning follows the plan owner’s plan: if the owner is on Gold, Merlin can re-plan the rest of the day when a ride goes down, a wait spikes or you’re running late, and everyone in the group gets the new plan.
The castle moment
When someone joins, everyone in the group sees our own night-time castle with a firework for each person, in their own colour with their first name; the newest member’s goes last and biggest. Finish the day together (every stop done or skipped) and there’s a finale. Each one plays once per device, and there’s a Replay link on the plan card. With Reduce Motion on, you see a still, lit castle with coloured stars and names instead.
Good to know
- Plans follow each park’s own clock, so times are always park time.
- SupaPark plans and alerts; it never books. Dining and Lightning Lane are booked in My Disney Experience.
