Why didn't I get my alert?

Why didn’t I get my alert?

If you did not get an alert, the most common reason is that delivery was blocked, the watch was not active, or nothing changed yet. SupaPark watches for dining drops, Lightning Lane refills, ride wait drops, and ride status changes, then alerts you when it detects a matching opportunity. SupaPark does not book anything for you — when an alert arrives, you still grab the reservation or Lightning Lane in My Disney Experience.

Quick checklist

1. Check your plan

Alert delivery depends on your plan:

If you are on Free, you can still use live waits, Lightning Lane status, forecasts, guides, and email Drop Watch alerts, but push notifications are not included.

2. Make sure notification permission is granted

Push alerts only work if your browser or phone has permission to send notifications.

  1. Open SupaPark.
  2. Go to the in-app Settings overlay.
  3. Check your notification settings.
  4. If prompted by your browser or device, allow notifications for SupaPark.

If permission was denied earlier, you may need to change it in your phone or browser settings.

3. Install the app for best push delivery

Web push can work in supported browsers, but installing the SupaPark app experience gives push alerts the best chance of arriving reliably. If you are using only a browser tab, your phone may limit notifications depending on your device settings.

4. Check Do Not Disturb, Focus modes, and quiet hours

Your phone can silence alerts even when SupaPark sends them correctly.

Check for:

5. Confirm the watch is active

Go to Alerts at /app/alerts or Drop Watch at /app/drop and make sure the watch is still active. If a watch was paused, expired, deleted, or already matched, it may not alert again until you set it up again.

For dining drops, set up or review the watch from the Dining page at /app/dining.

6. Remember that nothing may have changed yet

SupaPark only alerts when it detects a real matching change, such as a dining reservation opening, a Lightning Lane refill, a ride going down, or a wait dropping into your target range. If the opportunity has not appeared yet, there is nothing to send.

7. Act in My Disney Experience

When SupaPark pings you, move quickly. Dining reservations and Lightning Lane refills can disappear fast. SupaPark catches the opportunity and alerts you, but the actual booking is always completed by you in Disney’s My Disney Experience app.
