Bull & Bear
Bull & Bear is the polished, old-school steakhouse at Waldorf Astoria Orlando, just outside the Disney bubble but very much in the “special dinner” orbit. The room is quieter and more adult than most resort restaurants around Walt Disney World: dark wood, sharp service, serious cocktails, and a pace that expects you to settle in instead of sprinting back to a fireworks spot.
The draw is not novelty for novelty’s sake; it’s execution. Steaks are the headline, but the restaurant has built a real following for tableside touches, rich starters, and a few non-steak dishes that regulars order on purpose. It is expensive, and it should be treated like a splurge, but it feels more like a grown-up Orlando steakhouse than a themed vacation meal.
SupaPark’s take: this is for date night, anniversaries, and steak people who want a calmer, more refined dinner than the busiest Disney Signature rooms. Not the move for a tired-kids meal, but very much the move when you want the night to feel intentional.
