The vibe is relaxed, roomy, and refreshingly un-theatrical: no characters, no spinning floor, no 90-minute wait for a table. Just a calm room and a long spread before you head out the gate.

The real draw isn’t the food — it’s the math. Because Shades of Green runs on AAFES (Army & Air Force Exchange Service) rules rather than Disney’s, everything here is tax-free and priced well below comparable resort restaurants. The number on the menu is the number that leaves your account. This is a destination only if you’re eligible — active-duty, Guard, Reserve, retired military and their families — and if you are, it’s one of the smartest-value breakfasts on property, full stop.
