Tucked into Disney Springs’ The Landing, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is the watering hole of Indiana Jones’ favorite (and most reckless) pilot — a riverside, retro-1930s aviation joint stuffed with crates, propellers, and sly Indy easter eggs in every corner. It’s open-air on the patio with a snug, dimly-lit interior, and the whole place leans hard into the lore: read the chalkboards, the framed photos, and the tongs hanging from the ceiling and you’ll find half the fun is just decoding the theming. This is a bar with a real kitchen attached, not a restaurant with a token cocktail list, so calibrate accordingly.

The food is shareable bar fare — small plates, flatbreads, and snacks built for grazing while you drink, not a sit-down dinner destination. Where it genuinely shines is the cocktail program: a long, character-driven list of tiki-adjacent and themed drinks that are more inventive and better-executed than the average park bar.
