Sanaa is the Kidani Village table-service spot that made Animal Kingdom Lodge dining feel like a real destination: African-inspired cooking, Indian flavors, and floor-level savanna views where giraffes, zebras, ostriches, and other animals can wander past while you eat. The room is warm and tucked-away rather than grand, which is part of the charm — it feels calmer and more grown-up than most Disney World resort restaurants without becoming stiff.

The headline order is the Indian-style Bread Service, and yes, it earns the hype: warm breads, a full spread of chutneys and sauces, and enough variety that the table immediately starts negotiating favorites. Beyond that, Sanaa is best when you lean into curries, braised dishes, biryani-style plates, and spiced meats instead of treating it like a generic hotel restaurant.

The tradeoff is location. Unless you are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge or building a resort break into an Animal Kingdom day, Sanaa takes effort. But that effort is exactly why it can feel like a smarter reservation than the louder, harder-to-book restaurants inside the parks.
