Three Bridges Bar & Grill
Situated on an island in the middle of Lago Dorado—the 14-acre lake at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort—Three Bridges Bar & Grill is an open-air lounge that serves up some of the best resort dining you’ve probably never heard of. Accessible via three converging bridges, the restaurant trades heavy theme park decor for natural wooden accents and panoramic water views of the Gran Destino Tower and the surrounding resort.
The menu leans into upscale, Spanish-inspired bar food designed for sharing. While the food menu is relatively tight, it punches well above its weight class, supported by a robust beverage program featuring specialty cocktails, sangria flights, and non-alcoholic standouts. Because the entire over-the-water dining area is covered, it serves as a brilliant refuge when unpredictable Florida rainstorms pop up.
This is one of Disney World’s best hidden gems. Three Bridges is the perfect evening escape for adults wanting to split a pitcher of sangria and some excellent shared plates without the chaotic energy of a theme park or Disney Springs, but it’s casual enough that you won’t feel out of place bringing the kids.
