Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood

Toledo is Coronado Springs’ grown-up flex: a Spanish-inspired rooftop dinner room on the 16th floor of Gran Destino Tower, with tapas, steaks, seafood, and a much sleeker feel than people expect from a “moderate” resort. The room has a polished, date-night energy without feeling stiff, and the views across Walt Disney World are a real part of the appeal.

The best way to eat here is not to treat it like a standard steakhouse. Start with shared small plates and a house board, then decide whether the table actually needs a big entree. The menu’s sweet spot is the Spanish-leaning stuff — tomato bread, shishito peppers, braised chicken, seafood, and shareable bites — not just “I came for a hunk of beef.”

The catch is location. This is not an easy EPCOT-area stroll or a Magic Kingdom fireworks dinner. You are committing to getting to Coronado Springs, heading up into the tower, and making it a destination meal. Worth it for a quieter, more polished Disney dinner; less ideal when everyone is tired, sticky, and one bus ride away from a meltdown.

SupaPark’s take: Toledo is one of the better under-the-radar adult dinners at Walt Disney World, especially for couples or food-curious groups who want a real meal without fighting for the most obvious Signature reservations. Families can make it work, but this is not where I’d drag wiped-out little kids after a full park day.
