Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace is the laid-back, open-air sibling to the wildly popular Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto. Located on a breezy patio at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, it serves the exact same tiki-bar menu of tropical drinks and island-inspired appetizers as the indoor bar. But instead of the enclosed, interactive special effects of the Grotto, the Terrace trades the chaos for tiki torches, comfortable lounge seating, a soothing waterfall, and live Hawaiian music under the stars.

It’s the ultimate evening wind-down spot. You can still sip elaborately garnished rum cocktails out of souvenir mugs, but you get to do it while enjoying the tropical ambiance of the resort and the distant sounds of the Seven Seas Lagoon.
