Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up Opens October 4

Published August 31, 2026 · Updated September 30, 2026

According to reports, a limited-time food and drink pop-up will open at the Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom on October 4. Reservations for the Liberty Square venue will reportedly become available on September 29.

As of Monday, August 31, 2026, the full food and beverage lineup has been revealed, expanding on a preview shared earlier this month. The menu focuses on shareable frontier-themed small plates, alongside specialty mocktails, cocktails, wine, and draft beer.

The pop-up will take over the space following the closure of Jessie’s Roundup, which wraps up on September 8.

What we know

Disney has not confirmed a closing date, so it remains unclear how long the limited-time pop-up will run.

What it means for your trip

This pop-up adds a much-needed lounge-style dining option to Magic Kingdom, providing a strong alternative to quick-service spots for a midday break. If you want a guaranteed table, set a reminder to book on September 29 or set up a SupaPark dining Drop Watch to catch cancellations. If you prefer to keep your park day flexible, you can skip the reservation scramble and rely on the walk-up list once the venue opens.
