Jazzy Holidays Booking Reportedly Starts Sept. 17
Disney will reportedly open reservations for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby on September 17, 2026, for Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The limited-capacity experience is scheduled for select party nights from November 7, 2026, through January 5, 2027, according to reports.
As of Wednesday, September 9, the reported reservation date is September 17, and the experience is tied to Disney Jollywood Nights, the separately ticketed holiday event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A Jazzy Holidays reservation does not include admission to the party.
Jazzy Holidays is described as a more relaxed indoor stop during Jollywood Nights, with live holiday music from a pianist inside The Hollywood Brown Derby. Guests can order from a special event-exclusive menu of cocktails and light bites.
Reported food items include Jazzy Sliders with bison and pork, onion jam, and Gorgonzola on brioche; Chorizo Arancini with shaved Parmesan and Salmorejo tomato sauce; Pork Belly Bao with Korean barbecue, cucumber slaw, and soy vinaigrette; a plant-based Tofu Bao; and Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori with crispy rice, passion fruit-soy marinated chicken, cilantro aioli, and watermelon radish.
One reported cocktail is a Cranberry-Jalapeno Margarita made with Flecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, lime juice, and house-made cranberry-jalapeno simple syrup. Food and drinks are not included with the price of a Disney Jollywood Nights ticket.

What it means for your trip
If Jazzy Holidays is a priority, treat September 17 like a real booking day, not a casual reminder. This is a limited-capacity add-on inside a five-hour party, so waiting could leave you with fewer times or no reservation at all.
The important catch: this is not a full Hollywood Brown Derby dinner. If your group wants the regular restaurant menu, do not assume Jazzy Holidays is the right substitute.
This is best for adults or mixed-age groups who want a quieter cocktail-and-small-plates break during Jollywood Nights. If your goal is to squeeze in every show, character moment, and entertainment area, a sit-down reservation can eat into valuable party time.
