Catch a Lightning Lane refill with Drop Watch

Drop Watch monitors sold-out Lightning Lanes and alerts you the moment a return time refills so you can book it in My Disney Experience.

    The short answer

Sold-out Lightning Lanes don’t always stay sold out. As guests change plans, cancel, or modify their day, return times get released back into the pool. Drop Watch (Plus, at /app/drop) watches for those refills and pings you the instant one appears — then you book it in your own My Disney Experience (MDE) app.

SupaPark never books for you. It catches the moment; you confirm the tap in MDE.

    How it works

    1. You tell SupaPark which Lightning Lane you want.
    2. SupaPark’s forecasting engine watches that ride’s availability around the clock, including the refill patterns that signal a return time is likely to free up.
    3. The second a return time becomes bookable, you get an alert.
    4. You open My Disney Experience and grab it before it’s gone.

Refilled times can disappear in minutes, so the speed of the alert is the whole point — it’s the difference between catching a same-day Lightning Lane and missing it.

    One feed for every drop

Lightning Lane refills and hard-to-get dining reservations show up in the same Drop Watch feed at /app/drop. A dining drop is set up over on the Dining page (/app/dining), but it’s still Drop Watch — there’s no separate “dining watch.” Everything you’re tracking lands in one place.

Turn on alerts so you actually catch them

Drop Watch is only as fast as the alert that reaches you. To make sure refills find you:

    • Grant browser notification permission — web push is the primary, fastest channel.
    • Install the SupaPark web app (PWA) for the most reliable push delivery.
    • Email alerts are also available as a backup.
    • SMS alerts are included on the Family plan ($30/mo) if you want a text the moment something drops.

    What you need

    • Drop Watch requires Plus ($14.99/mo), which also unlocks the 7 AM Board, full forecasts, the Park-Day Builder, and every guide.
    • A My Disney Experience account, since that’s where the actual booking happens.

    Quick tip

Set your refill watches the night before or first thing in the morning, then let the alerts come to you. You don’t have to keep refreshing MDE yourself — that’s exactly the job Drop Watch takes off your plate.
