Turn On Alerts & Notifications
Enable web push, email, and SMS (Family plan) alerts in SupaPark and learn why installing the web app makes push more reliable.
SupaPark alerts only work once you turn on a notification channel and grant permission. Here’s how to get them flowing.
Quick answer
Grant browser permission when SupaPark prompts you, then choose your channels on the Alerts page (/app/alerts). Web push is the fastest; email always works; SMS is available on the Family plan.
1. Turn on web push (recommended)
Web push is the primary channel — it’s how SupaPark pings you the second a ride craters to walk-on, goes down, a Lightning Lane refills, or a watched table drops.
- Open /app/alerts.
- When your browser asks to show notifications, tap Allow on that first prompt.
- Toggle on the alerts you want.
If you accidentally tapped Block, you’ll need to re-enable notifications for supapark.com in your browser’s site settings, then reload the page.
2. Install the web app for reliable push
For push to arrive promptly, add SupaPark to your home screen (install it as a PWA). Browsers deliver notifications far more reliably to an installed site than to a tab that’s been closed or swiped away — which matters on a busy park day when SupaPark is working in the background.
- iPhone (Safari): Share button → Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): menu → Install app / Add to Home Screen.
Open SupaPark from that new icon and you’re set.
3. Turn on email alerts
Email is a dependable backup that works on any device. On /app/alerts, enable the email channel — alerts go to the address on your account (/app/account). Check there if your email looks wrong.
4. Turn on SMS alerts (Family plan)
Text-message alerts are included with the Family plan ($30/mo). On /app/alerts, add and verify your mobile number to switch SMS on. On Free or Plus? You’ll still get web push and email; upgrade anytime from /app/billing.
Where to manage your channels
- /app/alerts — turn channels on/off and pick which events alert you.
- /app/account — update the email address used for alerts.
- /app/billing — change plans to unlock SMS (Family).
One thing to remember
SupaPark watches and alerts — it never books for you. When an alert lands, you confirm the reservation or Lightning Lane in your own My Disney Experience app. We just make sure you’re the first to know.
Not getting alerts?
- Confirm notifications are Allowed for supapark.com in your browser settings.
- Install the web app (Step 2) so push survives a closed tab.
- Make sure the specific alert is toggled on at /app/alerts.
- Check the email on /app/account is correct.
- For SMS, verify you’re on Family and your number is confirmed.
