Turn on alerts & notifications

Alerts are how SupaPark finds you. Set a watch, pick your channels, and we’ll ping you the second something changes — then you confirm the booking yourself in My Disney Experience. SupaPark never books anything for you.

Quick answer

1. Open Settings (the in-app Settings overlay) and find the notification options.
2. Turn on the channels you want: push, email, or SMS (Gold).
3. When your browser or phone asks for notification permission, tap Allow on that first prompt — it’s much easier than re-enabling it later.
4. Create a watch so there’s something to alert on: a dining drop on the Dining page, or a Lightning Lane / wait-drop watch from Alerts.
5. Check everything you’re watching in one place on the Drop Watch feed (/app/drop).

The three channels

Email — Free and up

Every account gets alert emails. On Free you get up to 10 alert emails a day; Silver and Gold are unlimited. Nothing to install — just make sure your account email is current in the Account overlay, and whitelist us if alerts land in spam.

Push — Silver and Gold

Unlimited instant push on Silver ($19/mo or $125/yr) and Gold ($29/mo or $199/yr). Push is the channel that matters for drops, because a freed-up table or a Lightning Lane refill can disappear in minutes.

Good to know: every account, Free included, gets its first 3 watch alerts ever by push for free when notifications are on — a one-time taste. After that, Free alerts arrive by email.

SMS — Gold only

Text alerts are a Gold feature. Add your mobile number in Settings to switch them on.

Allow the permission prompt

Push only works if your browser or phone has granted permission.

1. Toggle push on in Settings.
2. Tap Allow when the permission prompt appears.
3. Accidentally dismissed or blocked it? Open your browser’s site settings (or your phone’s notification settings for the SupaPark app), set notifications for SupaPark to Allow, then reload and toggle push again.
4. Still nothing? Send your account email and what you saw to support@help.supapark.com and a real person will take a look.

Why installing the app helps

Browser tabs get closed, backgrounded, and throttled — which can delay or drop a web push. Installing SupaPark (add it to your home screen, or get the free app on the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android) gives alerts a proper OS-level delivery path, so a 6:40 PM Space 220 cancellation reaches you while you’re still walking down Main Street. It also enables opt-in in-park location for “Near you” and automatic park detection.

Where to manage channels later

• Settings overlay — notification channels, family settings.
• Account overlay — your plan, billing, and your invite link.
• Drop Watch (/app/drop) — every active watch and drop in one feed; pause or remove what you no longer need.

If you only do one thing before your trip: turn on notifications and set watches for your two hardest-to-get tables. Waiting means the drop happens while nobody’s looking.
