Is it worth it?

Worth it if you are already nearby and want a quick cultural entertainment stop without burning a major chunk of your day. It is especially useful as an easy breather between bigger EPCOT priorities, but it is not something I would cross the park for if you are trying to protect time for headliners, dining, or a tight World Showcase plan. The standout is the convenience: shows like this can give your group a reset without turning into a planning project. The catch is that outdoor-style entertainment is easiest to miss if you are not paying attention to current showtimes, so check the day’s schedule before building your route around it.
