What counts as rope drop here?

The first hour each park was open that day, from the park's published operating hours. The numbers are average posted standby waits, measured by SupaPark from Disney's own posted times.

How we measure this

SupaPark records the posted standby wait for every Walt Disney World ride every few minutes and keeps a half-hour archive. For each day we keep only the half-hours inside that park's published operating hours with at least two open-status readings. "First hour open" is the park's first operating hour that day; "daily peak" is the day's busiest hour; both are averaged across the 28 days. Rides need a daily peak of 20 minutes or more and at least 10 measured first hours. Posted waits are what the park displays; actual waits often run shorter.
