EPCOT Adds $150 Luminous Dining Package in Japan
Published August 29, 2026 · Updated September 30, 2026
A third fireworks dining package for Luminous: The Symphony of Us has reportedly launched at EPCOT, hosted at Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya in the Japan pavilion. According to reports, it is a $150 multi-course Japanese meal, and Advance Dining Reservations are already open.
As of Saturday, August 29, 2026, the package was reported the same day and has not been detailed in an official Disney announcement.
The new offering joins EPCOT’s two existing Luminous dining packages. The Spice Road Table package in the Morocco pavilion includes two small plates, a shared tagine, a dessert platter, and unlimited beverages; reported pricing on the limited availability found was $97 per adult including tax and gratuity.
The Rose & Crown Dining Room package in the United Kingdom pavilion is a prix fixe menu with a choice of one appetizer, one entrée, a dessert platter, and unlimited beverages. Reported pricing for mid-September 2026 dates was $109 per adult. Prices for both vary by date.
Both existing packages are reportedly close to fully booked, with almost no availability found for parties of two to four across the next 60 days — the likeliest reason a third option was added.
What we know
- Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya (Japan pavilion, EPCOT) — new Luminous fireworks dining package, reportedly $150, ADRs open now
- Spice Road Table (Morocco pavilion) — existing package, reportedly $97 per adult including tax and gratuity on the dates found
- Rose & Crown Dining Room (United Kingdom pavilion) — existing package, reportedly $109 per adult for mid-September 2026
- Both existing packages — reportedly near-zero availability for parties of 2–4 over the next 60 days
What’s not confirmed
Disney has not issued an official announcement covering this package. The full course list, whether the $150 price includes tax and gratuity, whether it is per adult or flat, child pricing, viewing location, and how far pricing varies by date were not included in the coverage available.
What it means for your trip
Here’s the honest read: you do not need a dining package to see Luminous. The show uses lagoon barges, fountains, and sky effects with no screens or projection-dependent angles, so any spot with a clear view of the water and the sky works. Show up five to ten minutes before showtime along World Showcase Lagoon and you will be fine.
Book this one because you want a nice sit-down dinner in Japan with a guaranteed seat and zero standing around — not because you are buying a better view. At $150, that is a splurge, not a strategy.
If you do want it, ADRs open 60 days before arrival at 6:00 AM Eastern in My Disney Experience, and demand for the other two packages suggests this one will move. Cancellations are your other route in: SupaPark’s dining Drop Watch can ping you the moment a table frees up, then you book it yourself in My Disney Experience.
One planning note — a fireworks dinner locks your evening at the back of World Showcase. If Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is still unresolved that day, sort your boarding group or Lightning Lane Single Pass before dinner, not after.
