So what am I paying for?
Two things: delivery and Merlin. Paid plans push alerts to your phone the moment a drop happens instead of sending an email you might read an hour later — which matters, because a cancelled table or a refilled Lightning Lane is usually gone in seconds. And they unlock Merlin, who answers from the same live board and watches the park while you enjoy it.
Why isn't Merlin on the free plan?
Every question costs us real money to answer, so Merlin starts at Silver. The free plan is genuinely useful without him — all the numbers are there, and you can read them yourself. Merlin is what you buy when you'd rather not have to.
Monthly or annual?
Annual is cheaper if you visit more than once a year — Silver saves $103 and Gold saves $149 against paying monthly. If you're taking one trip, take the monthly plan and cancel when you get home; there's no penalty and nothing to negotiate.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations keep your access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can come back later without losing your watches or your family profile.
Is there a free trial?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. The free plan is the trial — it's free forever rather than for fourteen days, and it needs no card. When the alerts or Merlin start being worth money to you, that's the moment to pay for them.
