About SupaPark

We measure Disney World. Then we grade ourselves on it.

SupaPark is a Walt Disney World intelligence and planning platform — live wait times, a best-time-to-ride forecaster, a crowd calendar, Lightning Lane and dining alerts, and 240+ planning guides. It never books anything; it watches and alerts, and you book in Disney's own My Disney Experience app. Here's what actually backs the numbers.

SupaPark is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.

Figures are real counts pulled directly from our production database, rounded down. They reflect measurement volume, not a claim about accuracy — see the grading section below for that.

How we grade our own forecasts

A forecast is only useful if it's honest about whether it's actually working. Every day, SupaPark compares its served ride-wait and crowd-calendar forecasts against a simple baseline — "the same ride, same hour, same weekday, a week ago" — over a rolling window, and publishes the result internally as a skill score: positive means the model beats that baseline, negative means it doesn't.

As of this writing, our per-ride, per-hour wait forecasts (the numbers behind Real Wait and the ride pages) beat that baseline by roughly 7% over the trailing grading window — a real, if modest, edge over just assuming "same as last week." Our park-day crowd-level forecasts (the crowd calendar) are running close to that baseline right now — for one of the two ways we measure it, essentially even; for the other, currently slightly behind. We're not going to round that up. It means the calendar's day-to-day comparisons are still worth using, but we don't think its wait-time-in-minutes precision is beating a simple week-ago comparison at this moment, and we're working on it. Full methodology, including the exact metrics, is on the crowd calendar methodology page.

    Our honesty rules

    • We never invent a feature, a price, or a fact we haven't verified.
    • We describe forecasts with appropriate uncertainty language (likely, often, based on recent patterns) instead of false confidence.
    • We never claim market leadership, unique coverage, or a speed/accuracy advantage without current evidence to back it up.
    • SupaPark only watches and alerts — it never books, holds, or confirms anything. Every booking happens in Disney's own My Disney Experience app, by you.
    • Articles on this site are researched and written with AI assistance and reviewed against our live park data — see the disclosure on every article page.

    Who's behind it

SupaPark is built by a small team, not a large media company. That's part of why the numbers above matter to us — a small team's credibility rests on the data holding up, not on marketing copy. If something on this site looks wrong, we'd genuinely like to know: reach us through the Help Center.
