First, the space is sprawling and heavily air-conditioned. When the midday sun is punishing and you need a physical reset before tackling the 1.2-mile World Showcase loop, this is your sanctuary.

Second, it requires zero advance planning. You don’t need a reservation, and you don’t need to stalk the My Disney Experience app for a table weeks in advance.

Third, the menu is a crowd-pleaser that still manages to be interesting.
