Passholder Booking Opens for Disney's Lakeshore Lodge
Published October 7, 2026 · Updated October 12, 2026
Annual Passholders can now book stays at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, the under-construction Disney Resorts Collection hotel on Bay Lake at Walt Disney World, according to reports. The Passholder window opened Wednesday, October 7, 2026, and reservations are being taken by phone at 407-WDW-PASS.
As of Wednesday, October 7, the resort is projected to open July 1, 2027, and is still under construction. Disney Vacation Club members reportedly got the first booking window on October 6, and booking opens to all other guests on October 8 — meaning the Passholder head start is a one-day gap, not a long runway.
The resort sits on Bay Lake and is themed around Disney stories drawn from nature, with Disney referencing Bambi’s forest and the rivers of Pocahontas. Reported features include lake-view Lake House accommodations, forest walking paths, a waterway called Daydream River, and a lakefront restaurant named Moonglade. Renderings reportedly show guests watching fireworks over Bay Lake from the lobby.
Every image circulating is an artist rendering rather than a photo of a finished space.

What’s not confirmed
Room rates have not been announced in the coverage available. There is no confirmed detail on room categories or capacity, transportation to the parks, whether Moonglade will be table service or quick service, or when dining reservations at the resort will open. Disney has not confirmed the full opening-day lineup of restaurants, pools, or recreation, and an opening date this far out can move.
What it means for your trip
If July 2027 is already your target, calling on the 7th buys you a single day of priority over the general public — worth doing if the dates are locked, not worth forcing a decision you aren’t ready to make.
Book the room, then wait on everything else. Advance Dining Reservations open 60 days before arrival at 6:00 AM Eastern, and Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections start 7 days out for on-site guests (3 days off-site) at 7:00 AM Eastern — none of that is in play yet for a 2027 stay, and no park reservation is required with a standard date-based ticket.
Be realistic about opening-month risk. Brand-new Walt Disney World resorts routinely open with a partial slate — a restaurant or pool arriving weeks after the doors do — so if you need a guaranteed full-service stay, a proven Bay Lake-area option is the safer book.
When Moonglade does start taking reservations, SupaPark’s dining Drop Watch can flag the moment a table frees up from a cancellation so you can grab it in My Disney Experience.
SupaPark tracks live wait times and crowd forecasts, and pings you the second a hard-to-get reservation opens or a ride goes walk-on — free to start at supapark.com.
