Ride & wait-time alerts

Ride and wait-time alerts tell you when a ride you pick suddenly drops to a short posted wait, or goes down or reopens, so you can react without staring at the live board. Every plan can set them: Free gets them by email (up to 10 a day, plus the first 3 by push), Silver and Gold get unlimited push, and Gold adds SMS. SupaPark doesn’t book anything or move you into a queue.

Where to set ride alerts

  1. Open SupaPark.
  2. Go to Alerts.
  3. Choose the ride or rides you want SupaPark to watch.
  4. Pick the alert type you care about.
  5. Make sure notifications are allowed on your device or browser.

What each alert type means

Walk-on or wait-drop alerts

SupaPark has seen a posted wait fall unusually low compared with recent patterns. Use this when you’re flexible and want to catch short-window chances, like a popular ride suddenly getting much easier to ride.

When you get one: check where you are, compare the ride against your plan, and move quickly if it’s nearby and still worth the walk. Wait drops can disappear fast as other guests notice the same thing.

Ride-down alerts

The ride is showing as temporarily unavailable or not operating. A ride going down is not a walk-on opportunity — it usually means you can’t ride it right now. Use these for must-dos, to avoid walking across the park for something closed, and to hear when it reopens.

Why these alerts are useful

A posted wait can drop suddenly after a parade starts, at mealtimes, after weather clears or when crowds shift across the park. A ride can go down with little warning. Quick troubleshooting

  1. Confirm the ride alert is active in Alerts.
  2. On Free, check you haven’t hit the 10-emails-a-day cap, and look in spam.
  3. For push, allow browser or phone notifications (Silver and Gold, or your first 3 free pushes).
  4. Make sure Focus, Do Not Disturb or battery saver isn’t blocking notifications.
