How SupaPark alerts work

SupaPark alerts tell you the moment something you want at Walt Disney World opens up — a sold-out Lightning Lane refills, a booked-up restaurant gets a cancellation, a wait drops, or a ride goes down — so you can grab it in Disney’s My Disney Experience app. Free accounts get alerts by email (up to 10 a day, plus your first 3 alerts by push); Silver and Gold add unlimited push, and Gold adds SMS. SupaPark never books anything for you.

What the alert engine watches

“Drop Watch” is one feature covering both dining drops and Lightning Lane refills, and everything lands in one feed. The live drops feed shows what SupaPark is catching across all four parks right now.

How fast it is

SupaPark checks park data continuously and evaluates your watches against each refresh, so alerts go out as soon as a change shows up in the data. Dining and Lightning Lane drops can be claimed by other guests quickly, so treat these as “act now” nudges rather than guarantees. If data for something is temporarily unavailable, we say so rather than guess.

How the alert reaches you

Channel Plan
Email Every plan — up to 10 alert emails a day on Free, unlimited on Silver and Gold
Push (web + native app) Silver and Gold, unlimited — plus every account’s first 3 watch alerts ever by push for free
SMS Gold

Free accounts can create every kind of watch — dining drops, Lightning Lane refills, wait drops and ride closures. They just arrive by email after the first 3 free pushes. Prices and limits: plans compared and pricing.

Set it up in 4 steps

  1. Open Alerts in the app (or the Dining tab for a table) and create the watch — pick the ride or restaurant, date, party size and the threshold you care about.
  2. In Settings, turn on notifications and confirm your email address (turn on alerts).
  3. For push, allow notifications on your phone or browser. The free iPhone or Android app gives you native push.
  4. Watch the unified Drop Watch feed during your park day for everything in one place.

When an alert arrives

Open My Disney Experience and book or modify it there. SupaPark watches and alerts; Disney holds the reservation. The confirmation always happens on Disney’s side, by you.

FAQ

Are SupaPark alerts free?

Yes. A free account can set dining, Lightning Lane, wait-drop and ride-closure watches and gets up to 10 alert emails a day, and your first 3 watch alerts ever come by push. Silver ($19/month or $125/year) adds unlimited push; Gold ($29/month or $199/year) adds SMS.

Does SupaPark book the reservation or Lightning Lane for me?

No. SupaPark only watches and alerts. You book or modify in Disney’s My Disney Experience app, and Disney holds the reservation.

What can I get alerts for?

Lightning Lane refills for sold-out rides, dining reservation cancellations at booked-up restaurants, wait times dropping on rides you pick, and rides going down or reopening.

Why didn’t my alert arrive?

Usually notification permission, a paused watch, the 10-a-day email cap on Free, or the email landing in spam. The full checklist is in Why didn’t I get my alert?.
