Overview

The Magic Carpets of Aladdin is a gentle spinner ride in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom, basically Dumbo with an Agrabah skin and a busier walkway wrapped around it. You ride in a flying carpet for about 2 minutes, controlling some of the up-and-down motion while another rider can tilt the carpet forward and back.

Is it worth it?

Worth it for toddlers, preschoolers, Aladdin fans, and families who want an easy, low-stress ride in Adventureland. The standout is control: kids usually love being able to make the carpet rise and dip themselves. The catch is that this is a short, simple outdoor spinner, so it is not worth a long wait unless your child specifically wants it. If the line is posted high, save your time for Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, or another bigger Magic Kingdom priority.
